In this category, Participants were required to create a façade design concept for El Sakakini Palace; an architectural gem located in old El-Daher neighborhood in Cairo. The outdoor façade is decorated with elaborate sculptures of young women and children.

Abstract
The lighting has been directed so that the aesthetics of the building stand out from the statues and carved columns, distinctive decorations ,Attention was also paid to horizontal and vertical lighting to help simplify the building.

The embodiment and revival of heritage and art in the time period accompanying the construction of the palace by presenting the depictions of Umm Kulthum’s songs on the walls of the palace and singling their songs among the streets of the place.
